📋 Description

• Work under the direction of the Development and Engineering Lead, Product Manager, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager in an Agile ITIL environment with a strong DevOps focus • Provide subject matter expert support for the M365 Power Platform on the ECIS Development Team • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions across Microsoft products and services • Independently develop solutions, approaches, and recommendations for complex customer and vendor issues • Deliver presentations and produce technical documents tailored to the customer environment and objectives • Participate in scrum sprint activities and Agile ceremonies • Troubleshoot Power Platform issues and collaborate with Service Desk, Datacomm, EUA, Security, and Engineering teams • Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps applications • Create, configure, and maintain Power Automate workflows • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders • Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft and third-party applications • Improve existing applications and stay current with Power Platform updates • Assist with customer workshops to identify pain points and design solutions • Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance • Optimize solution performance, scalability, and reliability • Develop engineering documentation for cloud environments, including Visio diagrams, as-built documents, runbooks, knowledge guides, and operations guides • Provide team guidance, adapt to changing requirements, and work with little or no supervision • Analyze emerging technologies and recommend their impact and benefits to management • Provide guidance on data privacy, ethics, and compliance risks

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree and 4 years of prior relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance • Proficiency in Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive • Basic understanding of Power Pages and Copilot Studio • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth • Must have lived in the United States at least 3 out of the last 5 years • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse • Experience with API integrations and custom connectors • Knowledge of data management and governance • Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services • Previous experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and employing DevOps methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow change control and ticketing • Understanding of Capstone and NARA data retention compliance principles • Experience with design, planning, and implementation in environments with 10,000+ users • Experience with Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, data modeling, and relational databases • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions
