📋 Description

• Collaborate with program teams to design, implement, and execute a Quality Management System (QMS) • Define the QMS in program Quality Assurance Plans and Quality Control Plans • Lead streamlined QMS processes aligned to program risk, schedule, and priority • Support program deliverables tracking and on-time delivery management • Review contract deliverables prior to delivery • Support peer and technical review processes and metrics collection • Support program leadership in identifying and defining performance measures • Develop and implement monitoring programs for performance measures • Support continuous improvement programs • Recommend, facilitate, track, and report continuous process improvement activities • Lead structured continuous improvement efforts using industry-standard methodologies • Develop and execute risk-based audit plans • Support corrective and preventive action for non-compliance and improvement opportunities • Facilitate no-fault root cause analysis investigations • Provide program managers with briefings on performance metrics, audit reports, and improvement projects • Collaborate with the contract vehicle Quality Manager on initiatives and priorities • Support Leidos quality reporting, including Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews • Report quality achievements and serve as liaison for enterprise quality initiatives • Report mandatory program metrics and performance data to Mission Assurance • Escalate performance concerns and performance-related contract actions to Mission Assurance • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2 or more years of prior relevant experience • Active DoD Secret security clearance • Experience supporting software development projects in QA/QC or another capacity • Experience with Agile principles • Experience leading process or continuous improvement programs or initiatives using standard methodologies and tools, including Lean, Six Sigma, LSS, PDCA, TQM, Kaizen, and 5S • Experience with peer reviews • Experience with process auditing • Experience defining, collecting, and analyzing metrics • Ability to multitask, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written skills • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams • Ability to support limited domestic travel • At least 1 year of 100% remote work experience • Preferred: experience supporting hardware assembly/integration projects • Preferred: experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO9001, ISO20000, AS9100, or CMMI Dev or Svc • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification • Preferred: formal auditor training or certification • Preferred: experience with GSA and/or Department of War-administered contracts • Preferred: experience with MS Power Automate
