📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases • Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments • Debug and troubleshoot release-related issues • Document and improve release processes and procedures • Ensure adherence to release schedules and deliverables • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases • Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders • Support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in release management or a similar role • Experience managing releases in an Agile environment • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices • Proficiency with Copado, including Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, and Compliance Hub • Experience with CI/CD tools including Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence • Familiarity with CodeScan and PMD • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Copado Certifications are nice to have, not required • Salesforce Certifications are nice to have, not required
