📋 Description

• Train and onboard new SDR(s) • Manage customer outreach in SalesLoft • Develop thought leadership for the team on optimal approaches to outreach • Partner with Brand Marketing to create segment-specific activation campaigns, including ads shared through channels like LinkedIn • Partner with Rev Ops to launch and track campaign performance • Test how integrating activation campaigns before and during outbound email campaigns affects response rates and meeting rates • Support market strategy and AI integration/process optimization initiatives • Conduct targeting analysis to determine which customers to target and why • Meet regularly with Sales teams to understand field activity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required • At least 3 years of total work experience across clean energy and/or DER technologies and sales, sales development, and/or analytics • Proven track record of managing and implementing successful customer outreach campaigns • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain targeting analysis and outreach approach to various stakeholders including C-Suite • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
