📋 Description

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and other HR services • Deliver world-class care experiences to employees • Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement of the workforce experience • Partner with centers of excellence to improve programs and offerings based on customer feedback and experience • Deliver personalized care through chat, phone, and case work • Coach end users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including leave of absence, payroll, and benefits • Adept at coaching people leaders and employees • Ability to collaborate in a virtual, global environment • Continuous improvement mindset • Comfortable with heavy use of technology • Must be willing to work weekday hours of 8AM–5PM Pacific and weekend hours of 7AM–3:30PM Pacific • Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime • Bachelor's degree preferred (optional) • Ability to communicate in French or Hebrew (nice to have) • Experience with ServiceNow (nice to have)
