📋 Description

• Execute, validate, and audit complex HR transactions in ADP and Workday • Oversee technical execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, and compensation actions • Generate reports and audit data quality and integrity • Address escalated inquiries and technical HRIS issues • Answer routine HR inquiries • Collaborate with internal groups on accurate project setup in Workday • Conduct periodic audits and reconciliation exercises with ADP and Costpoint • Test new HRIS functionality • Provide end-user training as needed • Assist with personnel file requests, including legal subpoena requests • Handle employment and salary verification requests • Process unemployment claims and hearing notifications with HR Business Partners • Complete I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 3+ years of relevant HR administrative/support role experience required • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • US Citizenship required • Acute attention to detail and strong organization • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team-oriented environment • Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, judgment, and discretion • Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and projects with urgency • Experience with Workday, ADP, and Deltek Costpoint, or comparable complex systems, strongly preferred • ServiceNow or case and knowledge management experience preferred • Government contracting experience preferred
