📋 Description

• Participate in analysis, design, testing, documentation, modification, and implementation of the university's enterprise-wide PeopleSoft applications • Determine business and reporting requirements with the end-user community and translate them into technical specifications • Develop, test, and document PeopleSoft upgrades, customizations, enhancements, and reports • Provide pre- and post-PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade technical evaluation and support • Provide PeopleSoft application production support • Evaluate, advise on, and implement best practices for data integration between PeopleSoft and other university systems, including Brightspace LMS and Salesforce • Train end-users and technical staff as needed • Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering or related field required • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft applications 9.X • Prior experience as a developer within Campus Solutions is required • Prior full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation • Minimum of six years of PeopleSoft technical and functional experience • Proven ability to integrate data between enterprise systems • Prior experience with the integration of PeopleSoft and Salesforce systems and web services preferred • Effective problem solver and troubleshooter • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development and reporting tools: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Workflow, Security, Application Engine, PS/Query, nVision, Crystal, SQR, etc. • Technical skills include SQL and other relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
