📋 Description

• Design and execute research studies to evaluate biological, physiological, or engineering questions related to product development initiatives • Develop and implement experimental protocols, test methods, and data analysis approaches to support technical decision-making • Lead technical investigation and troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and resolve complex product or research challenges • Collaborate with engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle • Analyze and interpret experimental data and communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and design documentation • Support development, verification, and optimization of products, processes, and technologies from concept through commercialization • Contribute technical expertise to research and development programs, including preclinical studies, clinical evaluations, or product performance assessments • Translate research discoveries and technical findings into practical product solutions addressing unmet clinical needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant research and development experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant research and development experience, OR PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing scientific or engineering studies in a research and development environment • Experience generating technical documentation, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support product development decisions • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance research, product development, or technology initiatives • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
