📋 Description

• Develop and support new and existing software products through the full lifecycle, from research and design through implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support • Analyze technical requirements and follow established software designs for development, debugging, documentation, and testing • Modify, develop, and implement software programming applications • Support and maintain existing software applications • Participate in testing to ensure software quality and performance • Perform maintenance, feature development, quality assurance, documentation, and infrastructure or performance-related work across the application stack • Participate in establishing and enforcing development best practices and technical standards • Partner with senior engineers, product managers, system architects, and technical support teams • Complete additional requests, projects, and tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field • 2 to 4 years of professional software development experience • Experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, Angular, and jQuery • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to take ownership and exercise sound judgment • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile or Scrum methodology • Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar development collaboration tools • Experience working in healthcare, healthcare technology, or software solutions supporting healthcare organizations • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position • A pre-employment background check will be conducted • Candidates residing in the state of New York cannot be considered • Preferred: Healthcare revenue cycle management experience • Preferred: Experience with scripting languages, HL7, or X12 • Preferred: Experience with Apache Tomcat, Redis, Git, and Jenkins • Preferred: Experience working in Linux and AWS environments • Preferred: Healthcare revenue cycle management or insurance domain experience
