📋 Description

• Support the adoption and evolution of performance engineering practices across applications and teams • Design, develop, and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and performance risks • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve application scalability, stability, and performance • Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools • Monitor application performance and assist in identifying and resolving performance issues • Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause analysis activities • Contribute to documentation of performance testing processes, standards, and best practices • Stay current with performance engineering trends, tools, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience, including performance testing or performance engineering • 3+ years of experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or similar • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes • 2+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript • Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Grafana • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, and network fundamentals • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in healthcare IT or familiarity with healthcare applications and regulations such as HIPAA • Experience supporting performance testing initiatives in complex enterprise environments • Familiarity with modern performance engineering concepts, including observability and shift-left testing practices • Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in Agile development environments • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
