📋 Description

• Build and ship code that solves real customer problems • Work with the team to plan, experiment, and deliver impactful solutions • Participate in code reviews and share ideas and best practices • Build intuitive, scalable tooling for marketing teams • Use AI-assisted tools to research, prototype, and build responsibly in a production codebase • Contribute across additional development areas as skills and technical foundations grow

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career developer or recent graduate with a strong interest in software engineering • Foundational experience or exposure to React, Python, AWS, or similar tools • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices • Passion for building quality products with the end user in mind • Comfortable working across different areas of the codebase • Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude • Ability to critically review, test, and own AI-assisted code • Must be eligible for hire in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
