📋 Description

• Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles • Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define recruiting strategy, and deliver results • Advise on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices • Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience • Use SmartRecruiters ATS to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows • Collaborate with the distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently owning assigned roles

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech • Experience ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments • Proven ability to recruit engineering talent across cloud, infrastructure, and software development organizations • Expertise in Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure • Experience sourcing and closing candidates for Product Manager, Account Executive, Pre-Sales Architect, and other go-to-market roles • Experience partnering with hiring managers as a strategic advisor • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing strategies • Talent market research experience • Hands-on ATS experience; SmartRecruiters preferred • Ability to manage multiple roles independently and prioritize effectively • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate across time zones, teams, and cultures • Must be based in the United States
