📋 Description

• Design and implement advanced, scalable frameworks to validate software functionality and performance across platforms • Develop and lead test strategies for complex software applications and various testing types • Lead and mentor junior team members on test automation, best practices, and testing methodologies • Lead testing efforts for one or more platforms • Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve defects and issues • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing • Identify, record, and track software bugs and defects • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs • Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance and automate testing in CI/CD pipelines and stabilize test environments • Use data analytics and reporting tools to provide quality insights and improve QA • Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and risks • Stay current with testing tools, strategies, and best practices • Coordinate with geographically distributed teams • Use approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related work; review and validate AI-generated outputs • Support adoption and expansion of AI technologies by evaluating tools, uses, and processes • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required • Seven (7) plus years of experience • Proven work experience as a Sr. Software Development Engineer or similar role • Expert in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, BDD) • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes • Expert in mobile, API, and database testing • Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Extensive knowledge of software development and testing methodologies • Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python, JavaScript), with ability to design and build automation framework • Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Proven leadership skills to lead junior and mid-level team members • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
