📋 Description

• Drive the technology vision and architecture for the organization’s CRM platforms • Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams • Design end-to-end CRM architecture, including data models and integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications • Consult with internal business stakeholders and external implementation partners to translate business needs into CRM solutions • Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, including adoption of automation and AI-driven tools • Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, administrators, and architects • Potentially lead other architects in developing CRM architecture best practices, governance, and standards for data management and security • Provide technical oversight to align CRM solutions with enterprise technology direction and data governance standards • Monitor CRM platform advancements and propose strategies for leveraging new features

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience • 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation • Strong, proven expertise delivering complex solutions • 5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect • Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives for large-scale CRM solutions • Deep expertise in CRM platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Business acumen translating sales, marketing, and service needs into feasible CRM solutions • Ability to quickly learn new CRM features and business functions • Strong data modeling and relational database knowledge • Understanding of CRM data architecture • Understanding of best practices and methods for integrating CRM platforms with internal applications and external partners • Working knowledge of network, server, and/or cloud infrastructure required to host CRM platforms • Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
