📋 Description

• Lead software development projects from conception through implementation and delivery; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions; • Participate in discussions, evaluate, and make strategic decisions about adopting new technologies and architectures; • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; • Troubleshoot complex problems, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members; • Mentor and develop less-senior team members; • Stay up to date with technology trends and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices; • Participate in Code Review processes to ensure code quality and team standards; • Participate in code refactoring and SQL query optimization; • Develop tests and testing pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience developing high-complexity systems; • Experience in Python and Golang development; • Experience with FastAPI; • Experience and solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server); • Experience with Kafka, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes; • Experience in Automated Testing; • Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Golang); • Experience in system design and architecture; • Problem-solving and debugging skills; • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to lead teams and projects; • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback; • Proactive in identifying problems and proposing improvements; • Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies strategically; • Ability to create and discuss system architecture (scalability, modularity, fault tolerance, availability, distribution...)
