📋 Description

• Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code • Design, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines • Support production through incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Plan and run releases and deployments across environments • Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards • Automate repetitive operational work with scripting and tooling • Use AI tools for coding, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation • Help the team use AI tools effectively • Apply AI to DevOps workflows, including incident triage, pipeline insights, and infrastructure automation • Apply security best practices, including secrets management, managed identities, and least-privilege access • Help manage cloud cost and capacity • Document systems, runbooks, and decisions • Share knowledge across the team • Mentor other engineers • Work with development, product, and security teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong experience with Azure cloud services • Experience with Terraform • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines • Experience with PowerShell • Experience with SQL Server • Experience with containers, such as Azure Container Apps or Docker • Experience with observability tools such as New Relic or Application Insights • Regular day-to-day use of AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude • Preferred: building AI agents or AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows • Preferred: PostgreSQL • Preferred: healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2) • Preferred: Azure or Terraform certifications
