📋 Description

• Identify, engage and qualify prospective customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Execute personalized outreach through various digital channels. • Qualify prospects based on their business needs and strategic fit. • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. • Research prospect organizations to uncover relevant initiatives and challenges. • Maintain accurate account and prospect information within CRM and sales engagement platforms. • Support existing customers in the Digital Customer Success program and manage renewals. • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop strategies for prospective customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles. • Strong interest in B2B technology sales and a desire to build a career in enterprise software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executives confidently. • Curious, resourceful and comfortable researching complex organizations and industries. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote environment. • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. • Willing and able to travel periodically for industry conferences and trade shows. • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo is preferred. • Experience selling or prospecting into DAM, CMS, MAM, ECM, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software markets is a plus.
