📋 Description

• Interface with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform • Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics solutions into ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD • Manage application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and system documentation • Write complete programming and perform application testing and debugging using current programming languages and techniques • Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications • Configure REST/SOAP web integrations between ServiceNow and other applications • Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate them with technical SMEs and stakeholders • Participate in user acceptance testing of maps, impact rules, and event management work • Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments • Remediate production incidents related to the role’s scope • Align with the existing ServiceNow technical lead for map/event work to maintain consistent approaches and shared patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (e.g. ITSM, ITOM) • Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Now Assist features • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems/platforms using mid servers and cloud-to-cloud integrations • Experience with Web Services Integration using SOAP, REST, and bi-directional automated integrations • Data Extraction Technologies such as JDBC, ODBC, or ETL integrations • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Scripting • Ability to thrive in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related field • Willingness and ability to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond • Expected to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation; ServiceNow CSA and CAD
