📋 Description

• Research, design, and build Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions • Lay the foundation for future AI/ML initiatives • Contribute to broader software development projects • Gather requirements, design, develop, and implement AI-driven features, integrations, and deployment pipelines • Develop a forward-thinking vision for integrating RAG into software development lifecycles and business practices • Design and implement efficient retrieval systems • Develop safeguards against inappropriate or harmful retrieved or generated content • Develop and fine-tune language models for specific tasks and domains • Design and conduct evaluation and testing of system accuracy, relevance, and performance • Integrate retrieval and generation components • Follow CACI agile methodology and attend daily standups and refinement sessions • Update the agile project management system • Design and implement agentic workflows using supervisor and orchestration patterns • Establish observability and evaluation pipelines for LLM applications • Collaborate with data scientists, UI/UX designers, subject matter experts, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field • 3-5 years of software development experience • 2-5 years of relevant experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI development • Experience designing agentic flows using supervisor, routing, and hierarchical patterns with LangGraph or equivalent • Experience with Linux and Linux-based terminals • Understanding of RAG architecture and principles and experience implementing RAG systems • Familiarity with RAG frameworks and tools • Knowledge of security best practices for AI systems • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Rust, or Golang • Experience with vector databases, embedding techniques, and data pipelines • Experience with information retrieval systems • Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud services such as AWS and OCI • Experience with data preprocessing, normalization, cleaning, and vector encoding • Knowledge of text analytics and semantic search techniques • Experience with prompt engineering • Experience working with multiple teams in an agile environment • Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance desired • T5 level background investigation, possessed or obtainable, desired • Familiarity with Git desired • Experience with Docker desired • Experience with relational databases and schema design desired • Experience implementing observability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications desired • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines desired
