📋 Description

• Design, configure, architect, and maintain a large virtual desktop environment • Serve as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting organization-wide performance issues • Perform system design and integration • Automate and improve processes • Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues • Guide desktop optimization for platform interoperability • Liaise between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure technologies • Provide endpoint support and troubleshoot virtual-desktop-related issues • Administer, engineer, and implement virtual desktop infrastructure technologies • Operate across multiple complex production environments and stakeholders • Conduct trade studies and recommend solutions and make-or-buy decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) • Master's degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 13 years of experience OR 19 years of total experience • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage and Virtual Desktops • Experience managing and administering Windows Servers • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and FSLogix • Experience with Nerdio • Experience in VDI profile management • Endpoint protection, policy management, and application of STIGs • AVD integration with Office 365 services • Desktop software provisioning and support services • Experience with MS SQL, Puppet, Chef, Qualys, SCCM, Intune, or MDM solutions is desired • Experience setting up and integrating IIS and SQL Server is desired • Experience with Azure Security Tools such as Sentinel is desired • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
