📋 Description

• Design and develop next-generation software for the Nextech product suite • Build software in a Scrum environment • Code in C#, JavaScript, and SQL using Angular for responsive UIs • Participate in stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers • Adhere to coding standards and write readable, scalable code • Develop unit tests and use CI/CD for automation • Stay updated on software development trends • Participate in mutual code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Resolve issues raised in code reviews • Support Scrum Masters in removing sprint impediments • Clarify requirements with Product Owners and provide development estimates • Help team members meet sprint goals and contribute to process improvements • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs • Ensure activities comply with EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of C#, Angular, and SQL • Minimum of 7+ years industry experience • Minimum of 3+ years using Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries • Well-rounded, full-stack approach to development • Experience developing robust, scalable microservice back ends • Willingness to mentor junior Engineers • Desire to build zero-downtime deployments through coding innovation • Experience delivering a product to market • Ability to write clean code and develop unit tests • Personal drive to work in a dynamic environment while taking ownership of deliverables • Appreciation for open and constructive dialogue with team members • Understanding of DevOps in a strong, cross-functional team
