📋 Description

• Lead and manage strategic HR support and partnerships with various business units, primarily high-growth business units within NextEra Energy Resources • Work with business unit leaders to drive HR strategies focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, and change management • Provide consultation and analysis to designated business unit leaders on strategic HR initiatives, including talent and succession planning, cultural assessment, organization design and capabilities, targeted recruiting, diversity, and change • Develop human resource strategies for designated business units in labor, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement • Project and assess talent requirements based on changing markets and business needs • Develop succession plans supported by leadership and talent development • Identify employee and labor concerns through cultural assessments • Facilitate change management activities • Provide solution-oriented consultation to help leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes • Partner with HR Business Advisors and HR Shared Services to develop HR policies and practices, conduct detailed analysis, and offer solutions • Support the Company's Florida storm restoration efforts in an HR capacity, as needed • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Grad / GED • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience • 4+ years of experience • Ability to work remotely from the Midwest • Proximity to a major airport • Ability to support Florida storm restoration efforts in an HR capacity, as needed • Up to 50% travel • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree • Preferred: Senior Professional in HR Certification
