📋 Description

• Assist in the provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system software, cloud, and virtualized infrastructure • Maintain existing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/Runners • Execute and update basic automation scripts in Python and Bash for reporting, metrics, or operational tasks • Investigate and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide escalation support within the Production Support team • Follow and update documented procedures for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and runbooks • Support system security standards through agent maintenance and vulnerability remediation using Tenable Nessus and Wiz • Maintain detailed technical documentation in Jira and Confluence • Collaborate within Product Support team workflows and share knowledge across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience • Solid understanding of typical SDLC and Agile development methodologies • 1-3 years of IT project experience • Proven database and infrastructure work with MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases • Experience with virtualized guests using VMWare and XCP
