📋 Description

• Lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters supporting store leadership • Design and deliver scalable strategic solutions for planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching across the organization • Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and implement solutions • Provide data analysis and reporting based on business needs • Drive talent management strategies, growth, and individual development plans • Manage the regional performance management cycle and employee engagement assessments • Manage employee relations issues and recommend resolutions • Monitor, audit, and investigate employee-related matters and regulations, including sexual harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, EEOC, and DOL matters • Advise managers and supervisors on practices, policies, and employment law • Coach colleagues at all organizational levels regarding performance, misconduct, and policy violations • Partner with Legal and Operations to develop and revise policies, practices, and procedures • Identify and lead training aligned with business priorities • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding HR matters and information • Partner with leaders on workforce and succession plans • Develop and deliver reporting and actionable insights across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role • Working knowledge of US local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws • Ability to work in a busy environment with constant interactions with people of varied ages, personalities, cultures, and educational backgrounds • Ability to travel to stores 25–35% of schedule, including some overnight travel • Solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business • Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills • Effective communication and critical thinking skills • Empathy and experience driving an “others first” orientation among employees • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action • Demonstrated experience influencing and strategically solving problems • Strong personal ethic and sound decision-making • BA/BS degree preferred • Bilingual Spanish preferred • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
