📋 Description

• Coordinate appointments with providers, patients, referring physicians, and facilities across multiple states • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel initial and subsequent appointments accurately • Provide warm, friendly, and excellent customer service • Provide information about services to physicians and callers • Respond promptly to patient, provider, and team member requests • Maintain and update patient information and knowledge of insurance protocols • Determine insurance benefits using eligibility systems, online websites, and phone calls • Explain insurance coverage and financial obligations to patients and guarantors • Handle billing inquiries, collect out-of-pocket payments, and process payments accurately • Communicate insurance issues and work with billing teams to correct coverage issues • Maintain insurance panels • Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations • Meet management-assigned goals and objectives • Escalate problems to management • Complete other duties based on patient needs • Adhere to quality and productivity standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual Spanish Speaking • Experience with insurance eligibility • Attention to detail required • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Ability to work well with others in a team-driven environment • Monday–Thursday availability from 12:00pm–8:00pm EST • Friday availability from 11:00am–7:00pm EST
