📋 Description

• Process payroll settlements in clients’ Workday applications • Settle on-demand payments as requested • Maintain client-specific support documentation • Manage daily control reports • Perform Treasury exceptions • Provide Workday payroll settlement services to the client base • Interface with clients and provide payroll expertise • Work collaboratively with the team to support collective goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent • 1-2 years Payroll Customer Service experience • Experience in Microsoft Word • Proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred • Associates degree or higher preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Flexibility in a changing environment • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to meet tight deadlines and competing demands • Tact and discretion when handling customer information • Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills
