📋 Description

• Set up and accurately and timely index tax tickets and notices in OSV Support and Salesforce • Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data with 98% accuracy • Meet established daily ticket and notice quotas • Manage unassigned aged tickets within a 24-hour timeframe • Locate client account information using the TaxEx system • Process Critical and Blocker tickets within 2 hours of receipt • Assist with special projects as needed • Support domestic North American tax functions for clients • Perform data entry and administrative projects for the Tax department

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience • Strong analytical and research skills • Experience in Microsoft Word • Proficiency in Excel • Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays • Strong data entry and research skills • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines • Comfort with technology and applying it to solve problems • Associates Degree or higher preferred • Knowledge of payroll taxes a plus • Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce preferred
