📋 Description

• Guide customers through the technical and product-facing side of their FluentStream journey through live demos, product adoption support, and customer-facing webinars • Perform tailored demonstrations for prospective and existing customers • Support Sales and Growth teams on complex opportunities by analyzing prospect requirements and answering technical and product questions • Assist with RFP responses, security questionnaires, and technical sales documentation • Provide onboarding training for accounts with sophisticated or complex programming requirements • Identify adoption gaps and coordinate with customers and internal teams to close them • Support renewal and expansion conversations with Growth Account Managers • Serve as a subject matter expert across Ooma’s product suite and competitor products and features • Create self-service resources such as guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs using AI and other tools • Own proof-of-concept deployments for strategic opportunities • Develop and deliver technical training and demos for resellers, partners, and internal teams • Provide prospect and customer feedback to Product/Engineering to inform development and shape the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management • UCaaS experience required • Experience with onboarding, product adoption, or customer education programs • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Product, and Operations teams • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning work end-to-end • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience • Experience with CRM and support tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner visits
