📋 Description

• Serve as the primary escalation point and executive contact for the OpenText Financial Hub platform • Lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of Financial Hub and related financial services solutions • Advise clients across Payment Hub, Order & Trade Management, Commercial Finance, SWIFT Service Bureau, and other financial solutions • Partner with existing and prospective clients to understand needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive successful outcomes • Prioritize competing customer, operational, and strategic demands • Communicate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and expectation management • Provide expertise in infrastructure, information security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and service management for complex solution designs • Guide project and delivery teams to meet customer commitments and deliver successful implementations • Lead product enhancements, platform modernization, security improvements, resilience initiatives, and new go-to-market offerings • Support sales activities through technical expertise, solution strategy, and customer engagement • Define and execute the organization’s AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework • Evaluate emerging AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and automation technologies • Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance • Establish AI use cases, success metrics, and value realization frameworks • Ensure responsible AI practices covering security, compliance, governance, transparency, and ethical use

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in a technology organization, with progressive leadership responsibility • Strong expertise in financial services technology, including payments, treasury solutions, order management, and trade/post-trade processing across equities, fixed income, and funds • Working knowledge of FIX, SWIFT MT, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022 messaging standards • Solid understanding of application architecture, system engineering fundamentals, infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments • Proven experience leading high-performing technical teams and managing client-facing implementations and strategic customer relationships • Demonstrated ability to assess complex business and technical challenges, make sound decisions, and drive successful outcomes • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and project/program leadership • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management principles • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences • Strong presentation and communication skills • Experience with full-stack Java development, including Spring, Hibernate, web services, and service-oriented architectures
