📋 Description

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business strategy. • Act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through clear HR processes. • Develop leadership capability and provide coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle. • Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews. • Support compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations. • Contribute at hands-on and strategic levels to drive high-performing teams and an inclusive, engaging culture. • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations. • Deep HR expertise with a strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies. • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies that align with business goals. • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector (preferred). • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations (preferred). • Background checks are required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
