📋 Description

• Collaborate in constructing automation for infrastructure and software delivery and execute those processes • Monitor availability, latency, reliability, performance, efficiency, change management, and system capacity • Provide operations support and resolve acute, recurring, performance, and infrastructure issues • Manage multiple Orion Health solutions hosted in AWS Cloud, including infrastructure and networking • Respond to daily monitoring alerts, identify potential problems, and implement notifications • Review, validate, and execute change requests from creation through completion • Coordinate reliable releases with other teams • Tune application stacks to improve stability and uptime • Automate development, scaling, patching, and other repetitive tasks • Perform performance trend analysis, log analysis, error resolution, and root cause analysis • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and underlying infrastructure • Document procedures and processes for team learning and knowledge transfer • Plan capacity for increasing demand • Develop and test disaster recovery plans • Coordinate with teams to maintain service-level agreements • Integrate continuous updates for more than 10 products and solutions into Orion Health solutions • Build secure and scalable infrastructure for customer data • Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate across development, solution adoption, managed services, professional services, and support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience • 4–6 years in a Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent role • 5 years in systems/application support and/or development • Experience supporting cloud-based production systems • Technical certification in System Administration, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies • Experience administering Windows and Linux OS and exposure to data center operations • Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy Object management, DNS, and Active Directory service health monitoring • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and other languages • Experience with infrastructure as code, orchestration, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment automation • Strong foundation in network architecture and security • Knowledge of Splunk monitoring tools and strategies • Experience with AWS preferred for cloud environments • Understanding of HIPAA or HITRUST • Ability to design secure distributed web services and manage network security at scale • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and network appliances • Familiarity with Puppet and Ansible is a plus • Exposure to on-premises-to-AWS migrations and Red Hat OS upgrades is an asset • Desirable training or certification in *nix scripting, SQL/non-SQL, Oracle databases, Big Data technologies, and AWS Cloud Services
