📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end scoping process for complex, custom, and non-ICP deals from initial discovery through SOW finalization and internal approval • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects • Translate business requirements, ERP configurations, and AP workflows into clear, accurate scope • Author and validate SOWs for custom work, including integration requirements, configuration complexity, data migration needs, and estimated effort • Present SOW components on weekly SOW review calls with Product and Engineering • Maintain and improve SOW templates, scoping frameworks, and discovery question banks • Serve as the technical authority in pre-implementation customer conversations • Define handoff standards between scoping and delivery • Partner with the Strategic Consultant on complex existing-customer expansions • Support the SE team on ICP deals with advanced technical questions • Refine and own the scoping process as a repeatable, documented capability • Define rules of engagement with the SE team for scoping handoffs • Develop internal integration guides, configuration decision trees, and ERP-specific scoping notes • Track scoping accuracy by comparing estimates with actual delivery hours • Partner with SE, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams on handoffs, JIRA tickets, estimates, capacity planning, and scoping strategy • Contribute product and integration intelligence to identify customer patterns, scoping issues, and product gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, implementation consulting, or a senior professional services role within a B2B SaaS environment • Deep, hands-on experience with ERP and accounting system integrations, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Microsoft Business Central, or QuickBooks Online • Demonstrated experience authoring SOWs for complex software implementations, including integration scope, configuration requirements, and effort estimation • Strong working knowledge of AP workflows, including PO matching methodologies, invoice processing logic, payment infrastructure, and discrepancy resolution • Experience operating at the boundary between sales and professional services • Technical depth in integration architecture and ability to explain it clearly to a CFO • Precision in language and documentation • Consultative and curious discovery approach • Accountability for scoping accuracy • Ability to collaborate with sales and implementation teams
