📋 Description

• Serve as the leading expert on AI Security services • Guide customers in securing AI and ML pipelines from development through runtime • Lead customer-facing projects deploying and operationalizing the Prisma AIRS suite • Establish standardized methodologies for securing AI and LLM technologies • Design and implement security solutions against LLM threats such as model poisoning, prompt injection, and data evasion • Develop and deliver technical workshops, best-practice guides, runbooks, training, and strategic recommendations • Create and maintain technical documentation, delivery templates, and reusable intellectual property • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape AI security products • Provide field feedback to Product, GTM, and Engineering teams and support beta testing • Serve as a trusted advisor and troubleshoot complex customer and product issues • Develop standardized deployment processes to improve consistency and customer time-to-value • Travel to Palo Alto Networks offices for workshops and potentially customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role • 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms architecture and security solution development using Azure, AWS, and GCP • Experience with cloud networking, LLM applications, and automation • Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the MLOps lifecycle • Solid understanding of Large Language Models and AI application security challenges • Experience in AI Security, adversarial ML techniques, AI red teaming, or securing ML pipelines is a significant differentiator • Proficiency in Python and Terraform for scripting and automation • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a key differentiator • Strong background in network security concepts including routing, stateful inspection, encapsulation, SSL/TLS, IPSec, and decryption • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Experience developing and delivering technical workshops and training sessions • Strong consulting acumen and trusted-advisor capability • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, best-practice guides, runbooks, and delivery templates • Ability to create reusable intellectual property • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering • Skill in gathering, synthesizing, and articulating field feedback • Experience developing and implementing standardized deployment processes and methodologies • Willingness to travel 30–40% to Palo Alto Networks offices and potentially customer sites • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
