📋 Description

• Design, implement, and ship enhancements and new features to core product capabilities using Go • Deploy software on Kubernetes across cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP • Design, implement, and deliver complex product features addressing customer pain points • Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and UX teams throughout development • Lead user experiences that surface critical insights and streamline troubleshooting • Turn complex data into actionable visualizations and workflows • Build and maintain automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure • Mentor engineering colleagues through direct mentorship, program development, and infrastructure improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to own projects from inception to delivery independently or as a technical leader of a small team • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems • Passion for solving complex problems and ability to empathize with customers • Curiosity and motivation to learn deep, complex domain areas • Habit of seeking feedback and ability to ask for help when needed • Flexible, collaborative working style • Fluency in a systems-level language such as Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust
