📋 Description

• Design and develop Android application components and automation frameworks for scalable, multi-platform content distribution • Architect and maintain hybrid cloud/physical mobile infrastructure, including Android emulation and physical device fleet management • Develop anti-detection and platform compliance middleware • Build and maintain API gateway services for X, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and emerging platforms • Design synthetic identity lifecycle management systems, including account creation, behavioral pattern engines, authenticity scoring, and persona maintenance automation • Develop content scheduling and queue management systems with platform-specific formatting and rate limiting • Implement residential proxy, VPN, DNS obfuscation, and IP rotation infrastructure • Integrate mobile platform capabilities with Peraton's IRIS platform and Peraton[x] agentic AI workflows • Research platform security, device attestation, and emulator detection methods • Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, infrastructure specialists, and mission analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, or related technical discipline with 5+ years of professional experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience • Proficiency in Android application development using Java and/or Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and ADB • Experience with Android emulation technologies and Android system internals • Proficiency in Python for automation scripting, API integration, and system orchestration • Experience with RESTful API design and integration, OAuth flows, rate limiting, and multi-service gateway architectures • Familiarity with proxy management, VPN configuration, DNS management, and traffic routing • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for virtualized mobile environments at scale • Understanding of MDM, device provisioning, and fleet orchestration • U.S. citizenship required • Active Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a final TS/SCI clearance • Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one • Preferred: mobile and browser fingerprinting, device attestation, social media APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, SIM management, telephony APIs, behavioral automation, residential proxy networks, iOS development and automation, DoD information operations, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and machine learning concepts • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
