📋 Description

• Design new or enhanced software products and technologies • Own domain blueprints/frameworks and associated technical roadmaps • Establish guiding principles and design patterns for product or domain areas • Recommend technology choices to the Principal Architect for approval • Translate product/domain vision into technical blueprints for engineering teams • Make recommendations for new technologies • Provide hands-on coding and development as business needs dictate • Coach and provide oversight to senior and lead software engineers • Implement product vision • Ensure product quality and adherence to architecture governance guidelines • Craft current-state and future-state high-level system designs • Participate in solution design discussions • Contribute to business and product strategy • Lead exploration and proof-of-concept initiatives • Initiate and lead process and technical improvements • Assess technologies and evaluate business and technology partners • Mentor team members and support technical coordination across Premier teams • Assess technical skillsets of less senior team members and provide input for staff development plans • Establish technology implementation guidelines and promote adherence across technology teams • Provide subject matter expertise across at least three Premier products or business domains

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor's degree • Strong Web, Desktop, and/or Cross Platform Application Development • High proficiency in .NET framework and C# language • Good understanding and experience in SDLC Methodologies • Strong experience with Data Acquisition and APIs • Deep experience in architecture and design of solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements • Strong experience in Relational Database design and SQL development • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Preferred experience with UI Development, Object Oriented Programming, Linux, RabbitMQ, HTTP Protocol, REST API, JSON, Dynamics CRM, Azure, cloud technology, Entity Framework, LINQ, Databricks, JavaScript, jQuery, DevOps tools, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, application testing, test automation, Telerik or Syncfusion, Mirth, Angular or other web development frameworks • Travel 1-20% within the US
