📋 Description

• Provide professional, technical, and administrative support services as a Human Resource Specialist - Standard • Support Human Capital Solutions for Defense and Security Sector clients such as the Drug Enforcement Administration and Department of Justice • Process employee service computation dates • Complete Federal Service History reports • Complete Retirement Service Computation Dates • Complete Leave Service Computation Dates • Input data into Government Retirement & Benefits Assist software • Perform duties in a competent and professional manner meeting milestones and delivery schedules • Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products compliant with established criteria • Conduct responsibilities according to high ethical and business conduct standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in Federal personnel processing • Expertise in Federal Service History reports, Retirement Service Computation Dates, and Leave Services Computation Dates • Understanding of basic principles, concepts, laws, regulations, practices, and systems of employee service computation date processing • Knowledge of and skill in applying Federal personnel processing laws, regulations, principles, practices, and procedures • Ability to complete a Federal Service History report • Ability to complete a Retirement Service Computation Date • Ability to complete a Leave Service Computation Date • Ability to input data into Government Retirement & Benefits Assist software • DEU Certification is required • BA or BS preferred • Strong attention to detail • Analytical skills • Ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • U.S. Citizenship Required; must be a United States Citizen • Visa sponsorship is not available; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship will not be supported • Subject to background checks, including criminal, employment, education, licensure, and potentially credit and motor vehicle checks • May be subject to drug testing for designated positions • Ability to produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products compliant with established criteria
