📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure compliance with Electrical Distribution System standards and regulations • Prepare and review project design packages using Pole Foreman, Maximo, GDT, and/or AutoCAD • Apply client, industry, and regulatory standards to existing distribution system components • Support the Engineering Manager with project assignments • Manage project performance and customer relationships for the distribution team • Identify and resolve problems • Review completed designs and design products for client, industry, regulatory, quality, and consistency compliance • Communicate with internal, client, and regulatory counterparts • Maintain production in a changing environment • Identify and promote training opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• AA/AS Degree or 2 years of formal post-high school specialized trade (technical school/certifications) preferred • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required to qualify for an Engineer title; candidates without a bachelor's degree can be considered for a Technician-level role based on experience • 1-3+ years' experience in Utility Distribution design using Pole Foreman, Maximo, GDT, AutoCAD, or similar software • Microsoft Office product application • Knowledge of electrical distribution system design engineering standards, practices, and regulatory requirements • Ability to apply client, industry, and regulatory standards and requirements to existing distribution system components • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong commitment to customer service and client care • Ability to work with a variety of projects and deadlines • Excellent document management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail
