📋 Description

• Sell assigned product lines to net-new customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas • Acquire and convert competitive customer accounts by partnering with Technical Consultants and Regional Health System Executives • Convert competitive and new customer accounts by establishing accountability, demonstrating product capabilities, and managing opportunities through close • Drive clinical laboratory instrument placements within the assigned territory • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to prioritize, pursue, and convert competitive customer accounts • Develop subject matter expertise in competitive instrumentation and share knowledge with the full team • Partner with Strategic Account Executives in relevant IDN planning activities • Gain entry into competitive customer accounts, prospect for opportunities, and develop leads • Build stakeholder relationships and execute customer touchpoint and call plans based on buying cycles • Manage opportunities within and outside the buying/sales cycle using a strategic selling framework • Meet annual quotas, KPIs, and sales goals • Assist with transition planning for newly converted customers and support smooth handoff to Account Managers • Partner with technical teams and Inside Sales to target and convert stand-alone, non-standardized IDNs • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, activity updates, account updates, and reports through the CRM system • Collaborate with Marketing to identify equipment placement opportunities in the CRM environment • Work in partnership with distribution partners, Marketing, Customer Enablement, field sales representatives, and technical specialists • Interact with Sales Leadership, Specialty Sales, Sales Administration, Distribution, Finance, P&C, IT, Customer Service, and other organizational functions • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare industry required with knowledge of B2B sales and/or distribution sales • Strong business development, strategic marketing and data analysis skills • Strategic thinking skills and ability to translate strategies into executable tactical action plans • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment • Commercial and business acumen • Ability to uncover key business issues and provide insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement • Experience managing complex sales cycles internally and externally • Ability to analyze financial data and generate logical strategies and plans based on analysis • Strong presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to uphold and support individual and company values • High degree of ethics and professionalism • Ability to handle confidential information • Ability to work under general supervision following established procedures • Up to 70% travel • Not currently eligible for visa sponsorship • Customer-facing workers may be required to meet Customer Credentialing requirements, including up-to-date immunizations • Valid driver's license required • Own and maintain an automobile suitable for travel to customer sites, airports, etc. • Ability to travel by airplane, train, and automobile, including overnights • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Preferred: 7 years of sales experience in the Healthcare industry with knowledge of B2B sales and/or distribution sales • Prior hospital or physician office lab sales, distribution, or capital equipment sales experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
