đź“‹ Description

• Lead and support workplace investigations involving inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and unfair employment practices. • Conduct fact-finding activities including interviews, documentation reviews, and evidence analysis. • Prepare clear, well-documented, legally defensible investigation summaries and recommendations. • Advise associates and People Leaders on complex employee relations concerns, sensitive workplace issues, and organizational risk. • Partner with People Leaders to address investigation findings, determine appropriate actions, and resolve interpersonal conflicts. • Coach leaders on handling employee concerns, reinforcing appropriate workplace behaviors, and preventing recurrence of employee relations issues. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to apply policies consistently and enhance self-service and proactive issue-resolution resources. • Identify investigation and employee-relations trends and partner with HR leadership on process improvements, standardization, and risk mitigation. • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation aligned with internal standards and legal guidelines. • Develop and update investigation procedures, documentation standards, and best practices. • Support accommodation cases and performance management consultations as needed. • Participate in projects and initiatives directed by the People Experience leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in lieu of a degree. • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner, Advisor, Manager, or Generalist capacity. • Experience conducting and managing investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, inappropriate behavior, unfair employment practices, and policy violations. • Strong understanding of applicable employment laws. • Ability to handle complex and sensitive employee relations matters using sound judgment, objectivity, and a risk-based approach. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to produce clear, thorough, and legally defensible documentation. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and drive timely resolution with minimal direction. • Strong consulting and relationship management skills. • Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, including de-escalating issues and facilitating effective outcomes. • Business acumen and analytical skills, including identifying trends, assessing risk, and informing decisions in operational environments.
