📋 Description

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Family Reach's Salesforce platform and connected technology systems • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and test classes • Develop Python scripts and technical solutions for data management, automation, and operational efficiencies • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events, and Named Credentials • Lead code reviews and establish development best practices • Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, including patient- and family-facing applications • Support Family Reach's WordPress website and Salesforce integrations • Improve website functionality, user experience, accessibility, and performance • Manage external user access, sharing permissions, and security across connected applications • Troubleshoot integration issues and improve system connectivity and data consistency • Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and migrate legacy automation to Flow • Provide advanced Salesforce administration support • Manage deployments, testing, and releases across sandbox and production environments • Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical support requests and system issues • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams • Evaluate project feasibility, estimate development effort, and communicate technical risks and tradeoffs • Maintain technical documentation in Confluence • Provide technical guidance and mentorship • Support training and knowledge sharing • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and long-term sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on development using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components • Experience developing Python scripts or similar solutions for data processing, automation, and integrations • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce Experience Cloud sites • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom API integrations between Salesforce and external platforms • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, administration, and deployment processes • Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps Center • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Salesforce Administrator certification • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification • WordPress development experience, including PHP and Gravity Forms • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or mission-driven technology initiatives • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web accessibility standards • Ability to design solutions for scalability, security, and maintainability • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Passion for Family Reach's mission
