📋 Description

• Run the team’s Agile process end-to-end, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Orchestrate and coordinate day-to-day team work by sequencing stories, balancing workload, and removing blockers • Own the team’s architecture and technical direction, including support for safe, effective coding-agent use • Set standards and guardrails for agentic development, including prompting conventions, review requirements, and validation expectations • Lead design and review of the team’s most complex features and personally handle high-risk or ambiguous work • Mentor engineers on core engineering skills and responsible use of coding agents • Represent the team in stakeholder conversations and surface risks, dependencies, and delivery status • Evaluate and introduce agentic coding tools and workflows, measuring impact on quality and velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience • Expert-level knowledge of .NET, Angular, and SQL Server • Experience running Agile teams or serving in a Scrum-Master-like capacity, including facilitation, sprint planning, and unblocking engineers • Strong experience with scalable, distributed systems • Ability to orchestrate and prioritize team workload and delivery without formal people-management authority • Track record of directing coding agents on complex, ambiguous, or high-stakes work • Sound judgment regarding risk and oversight
