📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain features using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. • Independently deliver user stories and bug fixes, breaking work into steps suitable for delegation to coding agents. • Direct AI coding agents such as Claude Code to implement features, generate tests, and refactor code. • Review and validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, performance, team standards, assumptions, APIs, and edge cases before merging. • Participate in and contribute to code reviews, including agent-assisted changes. • Diagnose and resolve application and production issues. • Contribute to unit and integration testing. • Exercise judgment about which tasks to delegate to AI agents versus complete manually. • Design, build, and maintain API and frontend/UI test automation frameworks and suites. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; monitor, triage, and resolve test failures across releases. • Champion test-design best practices and reduce flaky or unreliable tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience. • Hands-on experience with .NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Demonstrated ability to use AI coding agents productively and independently, including prompt construction, iterative refinement, and rigorous review of generated code. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Proven track record of using AI coding agents on complex, real-world changes, with strong judgment about their limitations and appropriate use. • Experience building test automation solutions for both API and frontend/UI applications. • Test automation experience with Playwright or Selenium required; Playwright strongly preferred. • Experience with distributed systems and APIs.
