📋 Description

• Support development, automation, and deployment of cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and multi-cloud environments • Build infrastructure with Terraform • Develop automation with Python and AWS Lambda • Support GitOps-based continuous delivery across Kubernetes environments • Work with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions • Support a Federal Civilian-Health organization • Configure and maintain Terraform modules for AWS resources • Implement GitHub Actions workflows for multi-cloud deployments • Evaluate and deploy GitOps continuous delivery across multi-team, multi-cluster Kubernetes environments • Integrate Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO, RBAC with AppProjects, Helm/JFrog Artifactory, and ApplicationSets • Write Lambda functions in Python using boto3 for organization-wide automation • Build and consume APIs, preferably in Go • Work with cloud-native tooling such as Kubernetes controllers, CLI tools, and infrastructure automation services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Experience writing and maintaining Terraform modules for AWS resources, including provider configuration, variables, outputs, and packaging Lambda deployment artifacts • Familiarity with GitHub Actions workflows for multi-cloud deployments, cross-account AWS credential chaining, Azure/GCP authentication, SNS-based email notifications via SMTP, and workflow triggers • Proven experience evaluating and deploying GitOps-based continuous delivery across multi-team, multi-cluster Kubernetes environments • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO integration, RBAC with AppProjects, Helm/JFrog Artifactory integration, and ApplicationSets for scale • Experience writing Lambda functions in Python (boto3) for organization-wide automation • Familiarity with building and consuming APIs, preferably Go • Experience with cloud-native ecosystem tooling, including Kubernetes controllers, CLI tools, and infrastructure automation services • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar • TS/SCI with Polygraph level of clearance • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar is preferred, not mandatory
