📋 Description

• Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning and Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards and Employee Relations teams to address goals • Drive and support initiatives to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive community • Develop, implement, and support HR-related strategies and initiatives aligned with Elsevier's people strategy and priorities • Serve as a consultative business partner advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders • Organize and facilitate the Talent Review process • Ensure effective succession planning and talent pipelining

• Solid experience as a General HR Business Partner • Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization • Desire to develop and progress in the role and grow with the team • Motivated self-starter with a passion for talent management and career development • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines • Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives
