📋 Description

• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, performance, development, and employee relations • Coach managers on effective people management and employee engagement • Support performance and talent processes, including reviews, feedback, and development • Partner with the People team on engagement initiatives and employee programs • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through AI, automation, and technology • Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities • Work closely with the PEO and Finance to ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR processes • Support organizational changes and initiatives as Zafran continues to grow • Contribute to a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and high performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HRBP or similar generalist role • Hands-on experience with HiBob is required • Experience partnering with managers and employees across multiple functions • Strong knowledge of HR practices • Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion • Comfortable working independently in a growing, evolving environment • Hands-on mindset with the ability to build and improve processes • Interest in AI, automation, and improving HR efficiency
