📋 Description

• Analyze the needs of functional business areas and recommend system solutions or procedures • Liaise between business operations and IT to document, communicate, and validate enhancement or modification requests • Facilitate system enhancement requests and coordinate release schedules with product owners and stakeholders • Obtain functional requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts using elicitation techniques • Research and analyze proposed projects to determine feasibility • Create detailed user-requirements documentation and document functional and non-functional specifications with development teams • Support quality assurance, data analysis/profiling, pre- and post-implementation reviews, and functional and user acceptance testing • Prepare status reports, knowledge transfer, and implementation plans • Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners • Manage Oracle application support and incident resolution from intake and triage through root cause analysis and resolution • Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and meet service-level commitments • Analyze support trends, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for application reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis • Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role • Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona at the time of hire • Position is not sponsorship eligible
