📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, leaders, and candidates • Intake, triage, and resolve requests in a queue-based, high-volume environment • Use HR knowledge resources, documented procedures, and standard response guidance to deliver consistent service • Maintain accurate documentation in HR systems and case management tools • Provide transactional and navigational support in Workday, including onboarding tasks, employee data updates, and job change processing • Coordinate background screening, drug testing, work authorization, onboarding documentation, and related compliance requirements • Communicate with candidates regarding post-offer requirements, timelines, and next steps • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compliance, and third-party vendors • Interpret and explain standard HR policies and processes • Escalate exceptions or non-routine scenarios as needed • Support HR Shared Services-owned payroll-related processes, including coordination with ADP and Payroll • Adhere to confidentiality, data privacy, and regulatory requirements • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for documentation, process, and service improvement • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting post-offer or onboarding-related HR processes • Prior experience working in a centralized or shared services HR operating model • Experience supporting employees or candidates in a high-volume, service-oriented, or queue-based environment • Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes, apply standard guidance, and deliver consistent service outcomes • 4–7 years of HR or administrative experience executing core HR processes within a high-volume service environment • Must currently reside in Arizona • This position is not sponsorship eligible
