📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end features for internal Operations & Supply Chain web applications • Clarify requirements, develop technical designs, implement, test, deploy, and support applications in production • Serve as technical owner for enterprise applications and drive architecture, stability, technical debt reduction, maintainability, and long-term application health • Lead technical design for complex features and enhancements • Build modern UIs using Blazor and DevExpress for data-heavy screens • Design and implement C#/.NET backend services and APIs • Develop and optimize Azure SQL / SQL Server data access • Design and support secure cloud application patterns • Support .NET applications hosted in Azure, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support • Improve operability and reliability through logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident troubleshooting • Participate in and improve CI/CD delivery patterns across DEV, QA, and Production • Write clean, secure, testable code and perform code reviews • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation guidance to developers • Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams • Lead and contribute to technical standards, reusable components, architecture patterns, and engineering practices • Balance business delivery with technical debt, maintainability, performance, production stability, security, and long-term architecture

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and building service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services • Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL or equivalent relational database platforms • Experience building data-driven applications and diagnosing and optimizing slow queries and data-access patterns • Working knowledge of cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably Azure • Experience with application hosting, configuration, secrets management, deployment, logging/monitoring, and troubleshooting production .NET applications • Strong communication skills and proficiency with technical and non-technical stakeholders • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: strong experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance tuning • Preferred: experience designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications in Microsoft Azure • Preferred: Azure architecture decision-making involving hosting, scalability, reliability, security, observability, resiliency, deployment strategy, and cost • Preferred: secure cloud application patterns including Azure Key Vault, managed identities, service accounts, least-privilege access, secure configuration, and credential/secret lifecycle management • Preferred: observability experience using structured logging, metrics, distributed traces, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and production incident triage • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
