📋 Description

• Assist software and systems engineers with administrative, documentation, process, and general engineering support activities • Manage Inter-Entity IOT requests and consultations • Gather necessary information from Requestor and Performer roles • Manage IOT submittal turn-backs and formal hand-offs • Guide compliant IOT creation and provide process education • Complete transaction metrics accurately and timely • Format required documentation and prepare presentations • Coordinate project/program team and support-function interactions regarding schedule and status • Facilitate internal and external meetings and participate in status meetings • Manage SharePoint access • Collect engineering metrics and support RLPM rollout • Support requirements management and Change Control Board coordination, minutes, tracking, and action items • Provide expertise in MS Office applications, requirements databases, change-management and tracking tools; generate reports • Interface with engineers and managers to create and edit documentation • Train engineering teams on processes and tools • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities • Track change-management action items and tasks • Serve as primary program-support focal point and liaison across engineering and other departments • Network with internal and external personnel • Resolve issues with engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • Experience communicating with a wide variety of technical and management personnel • U.S. citizenship is required • SAP experience preferred • Experience supporting engineers or managers preferred • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and O365 apps preferred • Administrative experience preferred
